We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over a certain value 

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing each order. However. If your package takes longer than the standard processing time, it may be because a specific item requires a longer processing time or is in pre-order status. Pre-order items will be processed once they become available along with the rest of your order. The date shown on the website is only an estimate, but we will do our best to process your order as soon as possible. Please check the updated timeframe on the pre-order items page.

Usually, it takes approximately 10-15 business days for standard shipping, depending on different countries, areas and shipping carriers. Please be aware that we have no control over the shipping process as shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, please ensure that your shipping address is eligible during checkout as we will not be responsible for any invalid or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address or remains unclaimed after the holding period, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided for the order. Please note that for security reasons, we cannot redirect a package once it has been shipped.

All taxes are already included for EU countries. However, for other international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped. Please note that duty and tax charges are your responsibility and will be collected by your country’s local carrier before delivery. It is recommended that you check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are before making a purchase. Please also note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order.

All orders will be shipped from our lab located in Asia.
